عضو هيئة التدريس في جامعة بنسلفانيا ( امريكا ) ، قسم الشرق الأدنى اللغات والحضارات،
وهي زميل دالك وروث فيث في مركز بن للدراسات اليهودية المتقدمة. جاءت إلى الجامعة في عام 2001 وحصلت على درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة هارفارد.
يتركز عملها على اليهودية في العصور الوسطى وبداية العصر الحديث، مع اهتمام خاص في التاريخ الفكري والثقافي اليهودي , اللاهوت الاسلامي .
