أستاذ القانون والعلوم السياسية في الجامعة الدولية للرباط .

أستاذ مشارك للدراسات الدولية في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة الأخوين بالمغرب ، وزميل أقدم في مركز دراسة القانون والدين في كلية الحقوق في إيموري. عمل سابقاً كمدير لبرنامج حرية الدين والمعتقد في الاتحاد الأمريكي للحريات المدنية وكمدير للأبحاث في اللجنة الأمريكية للحرية الدينية الدولية. كما شغل منصب المدير التنفيذي لمجلس مراجعة سجلات اغتيال جون كنيدي وكعميل أول في معهد الولايات المتحدة للسلام.
