عضو هيئة التدريس في جامعة ستيتسون، الدراسات الدينية،
متخصص في الفكر الأخلاقي والسياسي الإسلامي.
حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة ولاية فلوريدا، ودرجة الماجستير في الآداب في الفلسفة من كلية بوسطن، ودرجة الماجستير في اللاهوت من معهد برينستون اللاهوتي.
من 2009-2011، قضى عامين في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية في أبو ظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وفي صيف عام 2013، درس اللغة العربية في المغرب .
اهتماماته البحثية :
الأخلاق الإسلامية , الصوفية , الحركات الناشطة الإسلامية , الأخلاق المسيحية العلاقات الإسلامية المسيحية.
