Harald Motzki
ولد في 25 أغسطس ١٩٤٨م
باحث ألماني يكتب على نقل الحديث في الاسلام .
حصل على درجة الدكتوراه في الدراسات الإسلامية عام 1978 من جامعة بون.
عضو هيئة التدريس في قسم اللغة العربية بجامعة ردبود نيميجن في هولندا.
فاز بجائزة وزارة الثقافة الإيرانية لأفضل الدراسات الإسلامية عام 2012 م.
