عضو هيئة التدريس في الأكاديمية النمساوية للعلوم ، معهد الدراسات الإيرانية ،
زميل أقدم في معهد الدراسات الإيرانية التابع لأكاديمية العلوم النمساوية ، فيينا. وهو حاصل على درجة الماجستير في الدراسات الشرقية (جامعة كا فوسكاري في البندقية)
ودكتوراه في الدراسات الإسلامية (جامعة لا سابينزا في روما).
وهو يشغل حاليًا منصب رئيس تحرير مجلة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية .
